These lots are located on the Burica Peninsula. There is currently no road access from Costa Rica. In order to get to these sites you need to enter through the Panama town of Puerto Armuelles. From here you travel down a paved road back to the Costa Rica border, drop down on to the beach and go by beach for 5 miles. Electric service will arrive with the Costa Rica road, since the water table is close, water is through private well. Cell phone service is provided by I.C.E. through a tower 3 miles away on top a mountain. All lots colored in red have been reserved. The internal private road is a gravel base and the 125.00 monthly maintenance fee covers road care, grounds keeping and 24 hour gated service.
